• Chronic back problem healed
‘At cell [small group] one night we were praying for someone who had chronic back problems. I had a word of knowledge which enabled me to pray for a stiff back like plasterboard to be softened and for the nerves to be re-wired like an electrician would work. Since that he was a lot better but not 100%.
While in Germany in November I prayed for him again after the healing meeting on Saturday night and as far as I know his back is now sorted.’
UPDATE 08.06.08: ‘I had still been having some problems with weakness in my back. But on 06.06.08 at the Healing Outpouring in Broxburn, I felt something like a tube going into my back and felt a strengthening of my whole left hand side, as though the muscles were growing stronger. Since then I’ve been able to carry things again without pain. (Before, I would have needed very strong pain killers – the addictive sort that doctors are cautious about handing out.)’
