• Another leg-growing miracle
‘I have suffered from back problems for years as a result of several injuries I sustained as a teenager that meant that one of my legs is about 8 mm shorter than the other. A couple of years ago I went on a manual lifting course as part of my job, but had enormous trouble with back pain – so much so that I couldn’t complete some of the movements. Scott had a word of knowledge [at church today] about God wanting to grow a short leg so it was the same length as its partner. I went forward for prayer and Scott sat me down in front of him with my legs sticking out – it was clear that one was shorter. He and Laurence prayed for me and my short leg grew out to exactly the same length as the long one.’
UPDATE 08.06.08: ‘This week I had to go on a refresher manual lifting course as part of my job (the same course that gave me such problems a couple of years ago). I was able to do all the movements perfectly with no pain.’
