• Second short leg
‘Some of us had recently been to a training session for ‘Healing on the streets’ with Mark Marx, and had seen how easily Jesus can make legs grow. We talked about this at church on Sunday, and in the ministry time at the end of the meeting several people with one leg shorter than the other came forward for prayer. One was a lady who suffered from back-ache. We sat her down with her legs sticking out, while Margaret and Debbie held them up – her left leg was clearly shorter. I said ‘What would be a good prayer to pray to make this leg grow?’ Margaret said ‘Leg, grow!’, and it did, very obviously. The woman said she felt as though her leg was being stretched. A week later she told us that she had had no more back pain since being prayed for.’
