• Leadership School 1 & 2
One of the greatest needs in the church today is healthy spiritual leadership. Jesus made it his priority to mentor and release leaders who were equipped to follow his world changing mandate to “make disciples of all nations.”
In Lighthouse Church we are committed to training and mentoring leaders to become disciple makers. Our vision is to grow and release people to become people of influence wherever they are and whatever they do. EVERY BELIEVER IS A LEADER because leadership is not a position you occupy, but an influence you exert.
• How do we train and release leaders?
Our primary style of leadership training is through 1) relationships and 2) practical teaching/mentoring.
We believe that a vision without relationships is bound to fail. However, relationship without vision will become stale and directionless. In view of this our leadership development is focused on growing people into leaders who are committed to winning souls, discipling them and raising a new generation of leaders.
Leader’s School is a two part discipleship course. Each part contains 10 weekly sessions which include classes on biblical doctrine and seminars on personal spiritual development.
• What are the requirements to enter the School?
After a powerful Encounter Retreat weekend, you will be taken through a preparation course for the Leadership School called the Journey into Life. This class helps you to assimilate the victories you gained in your Encounter and gets you ready to do serious Bible study.
• What is the goal of Leaders School?
The primary goal is to form Christ-like character in a person. The secondary goal is to release a person into their calling and gifts which will vary depending on the person. Our vision is to release a multitude of cell leaders who change the spiritual atmosphere of the nation.
